Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Dublin, Ireland. EU orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. UK in 2-3 days. US and rest of world in 4-6 business days. Tracking is included with every order.
What makes your watches different?
Every GCS.DBN piece starts life as a genuine Casio with a genuine Casio module inside. We replace the stock case and bracelet with 316L stainless steel components and hand-finish each piece. Some builds keep the original Casio dial; others feature a custom GCS.DBN dial or a hand-painted genuine dial. Every listing states exactly what's genuine and what's custom in that build. We're an independent customiser — not affiliated with or endorsed by Casio.
Are these real Casio watches?
Every GCS.DBN piece starts with a genuine Casio module inside. The case and bracelet are replaced with GCS.DBN stainless steel or resin components. Because the case is opened during customisation, we rate all opened-core builds as splash resistant only — not suitable for swimming or submersion. Sealed-core builds retain the original factory rating. Each listing states the exact spec for that build.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you're in the EU or UK and you've ordered a stock / ready-to-ship edition, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — not store credit, not an exchange, a full refund. The item just needs to come back in the same condition it left, and return shipping is on you.
Made-to-order pieces, 1 of 1 builds, and anything personalised are a different story — each one is built specifically for you and can't be resold, so change-of-mind returns aren't something I can offer on those. I make that clear on the product page before you order.
What I will always do, regardless of any of the above: if something isn't right with your build, reach out. I'll track down replacement parts, fix it, or rebuild it. I've never put a time limit on that and I'm not about to start. Every piece leaves here with my name on it. I want you to be happy with it.
Where are your watches sourced or assembled?
Every watch is assembled by hand in Dublin, Ireland. We use brand-new, genuine Casio bases and source our steel components from trusted specialist suppliers. One person builds, checks, and packs every order.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Every piece ships with a craftsmanship guarantee. If something isn't right with the build, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I customize a watch?
